Discover	WebCD "crawls" through Web content, building a graphical inventory by parsing files and recursively finding referenced pages. Multimedia presentations and other high-bandwidth content that are not on the Web are integrated through the drag & drop interface.
Retrieve	Selected pages are downloaded from the server using the HTTP or FTP protocol. Server side image maps are converted. Redirected URLs, CGI output, and virtual paths are automatically processed.
Organize	Pages are partitioned into CD and live Internet content. You create bookmarks to highlight "must see" pages and launch multimedia presentations. Live-linksTM are added to let users connect back to the Internet to conduct commerce and retrieve late breaking news.
Build	A complete, self-contained CD-ROM image is produced and written to a CD-Recordable device or any electronic media. A custom setup script is generated, a Web browser and popular helper applications are bundled, and the text is fully indexed to enable rapid end user searching.
